EXPERIENCE CALDWELL NATION

The Caldwell First Nation is a First Nations band whose land base is located in Leamington, Ontario, Canada. We are an Anishinaabe group, part of the Three Fires Confederacy, comprising the bands Potawatomi, Odawa, and Ojibwa, whose members are originally of the Mikinaak and the Makwa dodems.

Sturgeon Creek Voyager Experience

Take a self-guided eco-adventure on Sturgeon Creek, a beautiful waterway in the traditional territory of Caldwell First Nation. Your personal Voyageur Experience includes your own canoe and a special audio device that adds rich detail to the sites you'll see as you glide through the water. Waterproof map in hand, guided by the voices of this proud First Nation, you'll discover up to 20 distinct species and their unique importance to Anishinaabek people.
